- All payments made towards consultancy, service charges, or brokerage are generally non-refundable.
- This is because services are initiated immediately upon engagement, including time, effort, and resources invested.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or excess payment made by the client
- Payment made but service not initiated due to internal reasons
- Specific written agreement mentioning refund eligibility
- Exceptional situations at the sole discretion of Mysore Realty Plus
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Delay or failure in transaction due to buyer/seller decisions
- Loan rejection or financial constraints of the client
- Disputes between buyer and seller
- Dissatisfaction not related to service quality
5. Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of service
- Once services have been substantially delivered, cancellation may not be accepted
6. Refund Approval Process
- All refund requests will be reviewed internally
- Approval or rejection will be communicated via email or phone
- The decision of Mysore Realty Plus shall be final in such matters
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed
8. Service Charges & Deductions
In applicable cases, refunds (if approved) may be subject to:
- Administrative charges
- Service fees for work already completed
- Transaction processing charges
9. No Guarantee of Transaction Outcome
Mysore Realty Plus acts as a facilitator and advisor.
We do not guarantee:
- Successful property transactions
- Final deal closure
- Investment returns
Therefore, payments made for services are not tied to transaction success.
10. Client Responsibility
By making a payment, you acknowledge that:
- You have understood the nature of services
- You agree to the refund terms stated in this policy
- You will not raise disputes beyond the scope of this policy
11. Policy Modifications
Mysore Realty Plus reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
